EXTENDED COUPLES THERAPY

(85 minutes)

This extended session provides additional time for couples to slow down, deepen communication, and work through complex relational patterns in a more supported way. The longer format allows space for both partners to fully express themselves, process emotional reactions in real time, and move beyond surface-level conflict toward meaningful repair and understanding.

Extended sessions are especially helpful for couples navigating recurring conflict, heightened emotional intensity, or moments where additional time supports more thorough integration and resolution.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

(55 minutes)

Following the initial couples session,

I meet individually with each partner to better understand their personal history, relationship experiences, and the patterns that shape how they connect with one another. These sessions provide space to explore childhood experiences, past relationships, attachment patterns, emotional responses, and expectations that may influence the current relationship dynamic. This deeper understanding helps clarify each partner’s needs, protective strategies, and contributions to the relationship. As part of the couples therapy process, these conversations help create a fuller clinical picture and guide our work together toward meaningful change.
